The Chiefs deserve credit for this. I actually think the Chiefs' offense did a lot to help the defense. No one gets an early lead against the Ravens. I think this was the first time Lamar had been down by 10 since 2021. The Chiefs being so lights out in their first two drives meant the Ravens felt pressured to adjust their gameplan to pass more than they already were this year, which squeezed out the run entirely. And then your d-line outperformed expectations. Great gameplan by KC.

It’s amazing when you think about how much KC influences how other team’s game plans. This isn’t the first time we have seen a team adjust from what worked for them all year. It rarely works in their favor, yet they do it anyways.
