It wasn't a fighting blow, it was incidental contact. he wasn't trying to start a fight. It was a good shot but his intention was not to start brawling with Bibby, it was a BB play. Intention plays a huge role here. The fact that Kobe accidentally hit Bibby harder with an elbow that that pussy AP could muster up on a diliberate strike speaks volumes about what would happen in a AP -vs- KG fight.
