He has the ability. I'm more worried about his attitude and his mental approach.
Saying he wants ownership stake in the team that drafts him? Huge red flag.
Doesn't seem to handle adversity well? Also red flag.
Just seems like a guy who believes he should be owed something before he's even accomplished anything, which is absolutely a recipe for disaster.
