I wasn't in this thread but at that time I would have said Cowher.
And considering the info we had at the time I can see why many were skeptical of Reid. I was. And I definitely thought the loss of his son is the kind of thing most people need some time to manage. You don't get over it - you just learn how to live with it.
I'm amazed by how Reid does what he does. It's clearly a way of living to him and not just coaching.
