The former has been consistent his last four healthy seasons, the latter literally has one good season to his name and it was three years ago.
Hunter Renfrow has a 1000 yard season to his name from 3 years ago, and has done dick since. We shouldn't be throwing money at him either.
(and he did more than Mooney in the 2 seasons prior to his 1000 yard season)
