I honestly believe nobody in the entire organization believed in Daniel Jones whatsoever, they were just too cowardly to move on from him as a former first round pick after he just lead a fluky playoff run. After he threw for 300 yards and beat the Vikings in the first round, they were screwed. Even after he shit the bed in Philly, they had to re-sign him.
They should have let him walk and never even thought twice. The sad part is, literally everyone knew that, and they still gave him the deal. Amazing.
