Yeah, I'm going to get a chinese knockoff battery as a backup. It looks like the battery technology has come a really long way but it's still a limiting factor. Maybe 50 cuts out of a 5 inch log? And if you're really going to town you'll probably overheat the battery. They're not for heavy work.

You could fell a tree with one of these guys but you're not going to get far breaking it up afterwards.

But I've put that Milwaukee at the farm through a 12 inch trunk on a live red oak and similar sized walnuts. It doesn't play around. And I've seen similar from the Egos. They'll cut shit. But you're not gonna get a days use out of them. If you're pruning a grove or something, just bring a gas can...
