^this^ was the most likely outcome and I posted it earlier in this thread. He is getting a suspension by the NFL whether he admits to driving or not. It won't be more than 4 games, most likely 2, and game checks are a lot less than the liability he faces. Since he was driving the insurance limits should easily cover all claims as the worst injury was a few stitches in an eyelid.
