I don't know, I doubt he has a bunch of houses but the point is if he has a residence in MO and he tested positive for THC he can simply say he smokes when he is in MO.
There is no "set" level of THC right now like there is alcohol that would prove impairment because the more often and regular you smoke the higher you will test even days after so it doesn't prove impairment at the time of the accident.
