rewatch that... they are talking about felony levels of drugs and traffickers who rent cars to drive drugs to other states. You know, a sizeable, noticeable amount. They aren't talking about .38 of an ounce/1.3 tablespoons found in the car which easily could belong to anyone. No way they charge him, but if they do, no way it sticks.
