Here's a new rule to continue the trend of ****ing up MLB. How about if a guy gets HBP, but the pitch is below the neck and initially strikes a piece of body armor worn by the player, it only gets counted as a ball. It's ****ing ridiculous that guys can wear armor to the plate and have zero fear from leaning into one.
