Bummer of a game but I had an amazing time. I’ve mentioned briefly on GDTs before that we’ve (wife and I) have met Greg Pryor (former Royal) and his wife due to seat proximity. We’ve had some fun albeit brief conversations. Today, they sat right next to us as the two seats closest to ours were open. First off, they are super friendly and nice folks. But most importantly for this thread, man the stories I heard today. From Disco Demolition night to his experience during and after the pine tar game, and a bunch in between. Plus it was great to get his perspective on what’s happening during a game. Wish I could’ve brought all you guys with me. It was really cool. So, shitty game but great experience…plus Bo HOF…..plus Hawaiian shirt giveaway…..plus I bought the new Independence Day hat (they are cool as hell this year). Not too shabby of a day.
