It was just reported he was cited with reckless driving and was detained for a verbal confrontation. The ticket will most likely be dismissed as a verbal spat is his first amendment right to say whatever he wants, and it's up to the cop to ignore it, write his ticket and move on. However if Hill refused to get out of the car, that's a different story.
