Pay close attention to what tyreek is capable of if he decides to take legal action. See if the police will take lightly how the dolphins and the city respond. See how the fans and Vegas would respond if something went wrong. Of course it matters. He is not an ordinary person going to his job. Keeling him from getting to his job could have been an exttemely costly and impactful decision

It doesn't matter. Concerts get cancelled all the time, and if "insert whoever you would like" did what Hill did then it's on them. Of course the public and city are going to be upset. It's not really in the officer purview to weigh in economic costs to a large city. Your expectations are way off, but this is hypothetical. Further, the game would have kicked off on time with or without Hill, and in the game, he played very well. So he wasn't hurt.
