Tyreek could be as belligerent as he wanted, but he needed to communicate with the officer with the window down, specifically with that tint, and then he needs to get out of the car if asked as it is a lawful order according to the supreme court. If he rolls down the window and follows lawful orders, he probably rolls away with a warning, ticket at the most.
