I’m on different vitamins that I don’t get enough of and eat better and more specific foods that help heal you and doing much better because of what I’ve learned and applied.

Thanks for that, I will check it out. I basically having the feeling of constipation but I still poop everyday and less appetite. The DR's never checked anything, just went straight to colonoscopy, which sucked but it's over now and it's good to rule out the worst thing that it could be. I eat a pretty healthy diet tbh, I probably need to figure out what diet will best for me.
