If you think about Uche as a complementary rusher, if you have him running the arc and forcing the QB to step up while Jones et al crush the pocket from the other side, not a lot of space for the QB to go.
And if you think about that matchup specifically against the Bills and Ravens, both of those QBs are much more dangerous escaping to their right than their left. So Uche at RE against those teams could really be a subtle but impactful addition on key passing downs.
(Of course, you need to pair all of this with a good spy to keep Allen and Jackson from running away like crazy…)
