There's a reason Dabel was acting like a maniac...Jones doesn't setup protection because he's too lazy to read defenses and too butt hurt to handle coaches correcting him. Jones has ranked in the bottom tier of QB's the entire time he's been in the league. He's feasted on trash franchises like the Redskins (who played a vanilla defense) and being a mediocre runner.
