Probably Chris Paul.

I don't think Stockton was ever quite as good as Paul from 2007-2009.

Stockton maintained his peak a little longer than Paul did, but Paul's peak was higher. Stockton was better after 30 than Paul was after 30, but in their primes, I think Paul was the better player.
