He is, but all of them still end up being locker room cancers under his watch. It's like trying to tame a wild animal. I know they've had success with it but how many times has a bad egg spoiled that team under his watch? It seems more that he's decided hes willing to accept the risk of awful attitudes if they are athletic. Same risk Marvin lewis used to take but with less success. I still prefer reids route of mostly caring about team attitude
