That's probably the idea. Johnson had a very good grade in coverage last game. Johnson is coming back off an injury and barely has any playing experience so it's not a surprise that he's struggled.
Williams and Nelson on the outside and Trent in the slot is much more solid than Johnson, Connor and Trent imo. Nelson is a solid vet that should at least ne able to hold up on his side. That's better than what Johnson was giving us. He was getting picked on relentlessly.
Hopefully this can suffice until the playoffs and Watson comes back.
