My opinion of Priest changed that day. I understand that an athlete is under no obligation to sign anything from anybody. But the way he rudely turned that kid down was shocking. Maybe he had his reasons. But you could definitely tell the kid had downs syndrome, and was just so excited to see the players, especially Priest. The kid was even wearing a #31 jersey. Un-****ing believable how it all went down.

I think Priest lives here in San Antonio at least some of the year. I've never seen him, but I hear he does a TON for charity and kids around town. He's had an annual kids event where he buys a few hundred kids fishing poles and teaches them to fish. I keep forgetting to try and sign my son up for it.
