Yeah really cool job. It was union so great benefits which was a nice first for me at that age. Really easy job too, honestly. Most laid back job I've ever had. Even when it's busy it's not difficult. I also invited to free dinners at nice restaurants so I would send people their way. Kick backs on booking tours that were higher than my pay. Some weird requests too. Good stories came out of it. Probably once every other week had people asking for prostitutes or drugs. Got tipped with cocaine on time. (I declined)
