The chances of Pat getting injured go up with every game he plays. The goal now should be for him to play as few games as possible. The surest and most probable way to do that is to beat Houston and Pittsburgh and rest him against Denver, knowing they also have a bye.
In the end, this is all going to be moot. He's gonna play, they're going to win, and he's going to be fine.
