BAL should win this one rather easily, on paper. They just have more talent on both sides of the ball. Really all BUF has is Josh and Cook, and that's it.
But bad weather tends to level the playing field, and lesser teams can steal a W in adverse conditions. I think it'll be closer than a lot of people expect, but I think BAL still manages to find a way to win.
