The league needs to streamline the process and do what the UFL does. Use a sky judge to overturn bogus penalties.
But guess what? The NFL has no incentive to change. The controversy sells and everyone keeps watching.

The problem is the weak QB rules these days. They see the concussions to Tua and Lawrence - and others that
were able to come back into the game and it just cements those rules. The fact is when a defender makes contact to a QBs head they're throwing the flag. Which happened on both of the plays in the Chiefs/Texans game. I don't particularly like it but we've been on the other side of it before and will again.
