Some hot coals and little BBQ sauce baste and you’re on to something. Good looking bird. I’ve been thinking about buying some hatchlings and trying to establish some on my 120 with the hedgerow in the middle. I don’t see many pheasant around Wichita.
I’ve actually seen a few good size groups of quail down there. Thinking about going to clear some out to eat.
