Watch every player on every play and you’ll find some form of missed call. You’ll find all sorts of bad calls. The game is just too grey to get perfect with the current system of officiating.

Then, factor in that the Chiefs win (a lot) and the games are close.

Makes it easy for unhappy people to blame the refs.
Probably the hardest sport to officiate along with being able to rig. Too many moving parts.
