I suppose there are men out there who think that because they have money/status, all women are just going to provide services outside of their expertise? I can believe that someone who has a woman come up to his room for a massage might think other services could be on the table however going to a spa thinking anything other than a massage is going to happen is stupid.

I don't know the answer to that except that in the case of tucker and Watson the recurring theme seems to be that it was not only never offered, they were going to find ways to create unwelcomed physical contact outside the norm. Seems very different from Robert Kraft who probably got a consensual rub and tug from a woman he later found out was trafficked.
