I can’t believe Nora ran to that floor knowing what she knew. She appears to be in the medical field. She would have known better than anyone that she was sealing her fate.

I'd have taken my chances with Ellie. At least there was a chance she could be spared. Hell, if she could have stalled for like 12 seconds backup would have come for her and maybe she escapes the gunfight.

I think the hospital was like ground zero. I believe they said it was the first place a patient was taken, so maybe that's why.
