The D held them to 127 yards in the first half. Then in the second half they were on the field forever. When the Offense got on the field they couldn't wait to give carolina back the ball. The D did step up and get the ball back for the offesne several times only to have the offense sputter and fail.
As ticked as I am, I can't put all the blame here on the D. Crap, they have got to get a rest once in a while and the offense wouldn't stay out there long enough for them to catch their breath.

I'm not interested in moral victories.
Ho many points did they give up at home?
How many yards did back-up Foster run for?
Did Foster set a franchise record for longest run?
etc...
If the game were only 1 half, you'd be right.
This defense lacks talent, heart, intelligence, and courage. Otherwise, though, they're on the up-swing.
Brian Shay dreams about running against this defense.
