Answer to question: Nine and ten year olds are more capable of a lot of things you can think of. They are capable of killing. Are you willing to take that chance? To risk your your child's life or a friend's child because the student was ONLY nine or ten? I've seen these kids, and I know what they are capable of doing physically and mentally. They might be learning disabled, but these kids usually have great survivle skills.
The other thing we do not know is the past of these two boys. There's probably a history of violence (abusive parents, lots of exposure to violent movies, fights, etc.).
