If the school sucks so bad they can't control a 9 or 10 year old he would need to be pulled anyway. As a society we have become WAY, WAY, WAY too litigious IMO. One of the things that irritates me the most though is this pussification of the American male, it is completely unacceptable. We are one step away from removing my godson from his school now. Somebody goes to hit him again he is going for it and they will kick
HIM out of school. We have got to quit this mentality or we are going to have a bunch of mamby pamby candy asses for a next generation.
