This is a very confusing case because he should have already been suspended 1 game for his 2nd infraction.
If he hasn't been suspended for that game, then technically he's supposed to miss 1 game first and 4 games on his next violation. I don't know what the NFLPA is going to do on his behalf. I'm guessing they'll appeal if the NFL tries to ding him for 4 games.
