Mexicans, as far as i've always seen, are excellent workers. There's a great Mexican resteraunt here called el rodeo, they have them in Chicago too, that has great food & excellent service. My father -in-law is a tractor mechanic for a farm, and he's amazed at the work that the migrants get done.
