Can anyone explain the delay in the ruling?
I mean, Whizzenatorgate has been opened, shut and the suspension already handed down...
Maybe it's like the sign in the doctor's office that says "If you've been waiting for longer than an hour, please bring it to someone's attention."
Even commissioners can lose paperwork on their desk, can't they?
