Not even close IMO. First what makes a Nuke so devastating is the power confined to such a small package capable of releasing its destructive force in pretty mcuh the most efficient way possible. Remember a small Nuke is equal to 1 megaton of TNT that is 2,000,000,000,000 pounds of TNTl, that is right 2 trillion pounds of TNT.
