Heh, it seems we have one of these threads every few months. The thing that hurts is when they have to stick the needle in your sack several times to inject anesthesia. Once they get enough in there, the actual procedure shouldn't hurt. It took me 10 days for the pain to completely go away. Had to call the doc and ask for another prescription for painkillers. Use bags of frozen veggies to sit on to keep from swelling up.
Of course, there is always the possibility that your testicles could swell up to the size of a grapefruit. But I don't think that's very common. Most of the time, this procedure goes off without a hitch. Don't be a sissy, get it done.
