I know I said in another thread that it was a contract year, and was corrected by someone. While technically it isn't, it is a year where a sudden jump in performance would have a very positive effect on his bank account.
And like I said in that other thread, I'll be more than a little pissed if that's what finally motivates him to not be a worthless pile of sh*t.
