[size=2]I tried to use the SIZE pulldown menu and had no success.

If you will bracket your posts with:

{size=*]text[/size}
Where * is the font size. You also have to type [ for the { and ] for the }.[/size]

[size=2]This is SIZE=2[/size]
[size=3]This is SIZE=3[/size]
[size=4]This is SIZE=4[/size]
