I tried red, you couldn't read it. Black made them stand out like a sore thumb and accentuated the fact that I don't have the correct font. I thought about bold but then they lose their sameness. I just had trouble seeing the white letters on the yellow background. I sure don't have the talent to do it. No criticism intended.
