The devil is in the details, I've never been able to get my Tzadziki to turn out like I had in greece, but I noted that norm's receipie had the step of draining the yogurt for 24 hours. that made all the difference in the world, almost 1 cup of liquid drained off, and now I have that great thick tzadziki that I love!
For those of you in Atlanta that like greek food, this is the best place I've found, lot of fufu on the menu, but the greek originals are always great:
