My wife is distraught. She got an MBA from the University of Texas, which was ranked about 15th at the time. They had dropped a bit to about 20th, and this year the Wall Street Journal dropped them dramatically to 35th and said that they're "a regional school, not a national school," and that the reason for the drop is that the graduates are (paraphrased) "arrogant, and expect success without working for it." Ouch.
It'll be interesting to see where Businessweek ranks them. This was quite a shock to the school.
