Well, over the span of six weeks, they replaced all the splitters and cable from the Cable Box/DVR to the telephone pole outside my house, as well as the DVR itself (this required 4 seperate service calls). Then they replaced some of the main line cabling. Then they replaced an underground feeder line. Then they finally fixed it by either replacing or repairing a trap that was full of water.
