This would be extremely time consuming, and would only really work if you had the same number of frames on each gif...
But basically you'd have to open each gif in a program like jasc animation studio... this would break your gif down into frames, you'd want to save every frame as a separate file. Do this for each gif
Then in photoshop or what ever photo editing tool you use, you would combine the first frame of each of your four gifs into one...
Do this for each frame (I'd save each finished frame as something like frame1.gif, then frame2.gif, etc.)
Then go back to your animation studio program and create a new animated gif using the frames you just created.
Like I said, long and drawn out, but thats the only way I know of to accomplish it.
