While I agree that it was just the Texans and we should've won that game, I will point out some flaws in your argument. The D-line isn't going to get too many sacks when the offense runs a lot of quick passes. Also, Davis didn't start running wild until the Chiefs were up a lot and were playing pass defense and not caring as much about the run.
All that being said, I do agree that our D-line needs improvement. I hope we draft a top quality DE to replace Hicks next year. I also hope we can find a decent DT to go in the middle next to a (hopefully) healthy and (hopefully) productive Ryan Sims.
