Bigolchiefsfan's statement about waking a sleeping giant was exactly my thought. The fatal flaw of terrorism as a strategy is that, whether it's London in 1940 or Israel any time in the past fifty years or New York today, terroristic acts galvanize one's enemy instead of its intended effect. Is there anyone here today who doesn't want to sow salt into the earth of whoever's responsible for this?
