Whoever did this is in DEEP sh*t now.
If it was the Taliban government in Afghanistan(most likely culprit), get ready for Gulf War II. Those people thought they had it rough when the USSR rolled into town; they ain't seen <i>nothing</i> yet.
We must take our time - make sure we know who did this. We cannot start indiscriminantly attacking possible culprits. We must do this by the book: identify, declare war, destroy.
