You are "so worried and upset" about the cat, that you spent your night smoking dope, eating ringdings and whining on the internet, instead of doing something constructive.
It sounds alot like a pattern, with the whole not finishing school 5 years in, admitted heavy drug use.
Get off your ass, and instead of sleeping until 2pm, look for the damn gato.
