I watched it by accident and had no idea that it was a vampire movie until the vampires started eating people. One minute it's about two dysfunctional criminals and a kidnapped family and then HOLY SHIT WE'VE GOT FANGS AND BLOODSUCKING! I thought that was really cool. Of course, knowing it was a vampire movie going in would have really taken the edge off. But I enjoyed it and was floored by the plot twist.
